My responsibilities encompassed creating and refining product/solutions landing pages, white papers, and informational blog posts. I served as the primary SEO expert, guiding content creators and advising the web development team on technical SEO strategies, including schema, page speed, redirects, and metadata. Additionally, I wrote over 120 blog posts and ghosted nearly 80 others.
Dr. Todd Lanman
For Dr. Todd Lanman, I oversaw all content on his website, including weekly blogs and managed content for his social media presence. I produced patient education videos, which significantly enhanced patient engagement and outreach. After demonstrating my editorial skills over the first year, Dr. Lanman entrusted me with the task of writing new blogs independently, without his direct input. I wrote nearly 200 blog posts and produced 150 educational videos, contributing substantially to the digital outreach and patient information efforts.

Subir Chowdhury
As Dr. Subir Chowdhury’s personal public relations liaison, site manager, and content producer, I played a pivotal role in enhancing his digital footprint and professional reputation. My efforts contributed to elevating Dr. Chowdhury’s Thinkers50 ranking from #50 to the top 20 between 2016 and 2018. I was responsible for writing and producing 120 YouTube videos and companion blog posts, in addition to writing and publishing his Wikipedia article, which remains active and is currently edited by the Wikipedia community under my guidance. Collaborating closely with Dr. Chowdhury, we selected themes for his blog and video production, providing both direction and editorial insight. Our partnership extended to co-creating two eBooks, which he distributed to his clients, further establishing his thought leadership in his field.
World Trade Centers Association – Business Tourism
I was contracted to lead a three-year international business tourism project sponsored by the World Trade Centers Association, in New York. I organized ‘‘business tourism missions’’ to various locations in the U.S. and abroad, including Spain (Seville, Barcelona), France (Lyons), Japan (Tokyo, Osaka, Okinawa), South Korea (Seoul), and Italy (Trieste). My team built an international business tourism alliance that spanned 85 cities and 11 countries. We designed and launched a branded travel reservation site called “TourismNOW.com” – one of the first online airline and hotel reservation systems (powered by Amadeus). The site generated more than $500,000 in gross revenues (airline, hotel reservations) in the first full year of operations.
Greenway Design Group, Inc. – Cool-n-Save
I was a contract public relations and marketing director from 2008 to 2012. As the lead investor relations program manager. I wrote a 50-page placement memorandum that raised $15 million for the company. I ran a marketing program, the core product, Cool-n-Save, with celebrity spokesperson Ed Begley Jr. We sold more than 20,000 units within three months. I led a campaign that earned Cool-n-Save the 2011 TechAmerica/Harvey Mudd High-Tech Innovation Award for Green Engineering over Fisker Automotive and other high-budget contenders.
Investor-led Commercial Property
Redevelopment Projects
Contract work between 2004 – 2007 for a significant investor group specializing in commercial property. Wrote business plans that included comprehensive redevelopment and rebranding plans. Was involved in creating the “LA Touch” marketing campaign in concert with the investment group and the Los Angeles Redevelopment Authority. I also helped coordinate public relations activities for the projects through LARA and the Los Angeles Convention and Visitors Bureau. Other work involved commercial properties located in New York, Lake Tahoe, and Las Vegas.
Wellness360, HRA360
I co-researched and designed the “Health Risk Assessment” online survey system that was part of an employee wellness benefits program called myWellness360. I designed the test form and led the database team that created the initial response results criteria. I had little experience in creating such a program. I researched the concept, interviewed healthcare practitioners for the assessment data ranking, and worked with a professional data quality analyst to build the algorithm used to evaluate and rank responses to the assessment. The plan was rolled out state-wide and used by over 400,000 employees in hundreds of insured corporations in California. Word&Brown purchased the program, and it was still in operation in 2016.
Stitch in Time (seminar)
Commissioned by Dr. Gary Geil, I co-wrote and co-presented a 3-hour workshop on utilizing corporate employee wellness programs and asymptomatic disease screening as a risk mitigation strategy for employers with Dr. Geil. The seminar was approved for continuing education credits for accredited members of the Risk Managers Society and was presented in San Diego, Long Beach, and Los Angeles.
